Shimano RD-M8250 SGS Deore XT Di2 12-Speed Rear Derailleur
Shimano Deore XT is the workhorse in the Shimano line-up. Built to take abuse the M8250 SGS is built to withstand hits thanks to its Impact Recovery feature that allows the derailler to soak up the hits before returning to it's original position. It's rounded wedge design also help it slide off of obstacles, rather that smashing into them. The long cage designed allows it to fit up to a 51T cassette.
