How will my bicycle be delivered?
All bikes are professionally tuned by our mechanics before being packed in a secure, oversized bike box. Some minor assembly, such as attaching the handlebars and front wheel, is required upon arrival.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutrition products cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship bicycles and components across North America. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of the frame.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our fit specialists for a personalized consultation.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bicycles come with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on components. We also provide a 90-day Steed Cycles craftsmanship guarantee.
Do you offer assembly services for local customers?
Yes! If you are located near our flagship store, you can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout, and our team will have your bike fully assembled and safety-checked for free.
