Directions

1. Break tire seal
   
2. Remove portion of tire bead from the rim
   
3. Shake well
   
4. Add 90-120ml to the inside of the rim for tire widths of 2-2.5"
   
5. Remount tire and inflate, do not inflate past recommended max tire pressure
   
6. Check to see if tire is seated properly
   
7. Bounce, rotate, and shake wheel to help seal the tire
