The Strada Bianca combines Challenge’s proven herringbone tread pattern with larger volumes to take you comfortably over less-than-perfect surfaces. This is the tire for rough roads, packed dirt and most dry gravel surfaces. 

With our RACE series, we start where other tires stop - we utilize ultralight 60TPI nylon casings and superior tread compounds - to give our traditional vulcanized tires excellent ride feel and quality that is more affordable than our handmade offerings.

This Challenge TLR model is hooked rim compatible.

CASING: Nylon Superlight 60TPI
Vulcanized Nylon tire casings are the industry standard. Easy to produce and offering excellent durability and high performance at a moderate cost, they are the most common variety of tire available.

COMPOUND: SMART-V
A specially formulated version of our SMART compound that is adapted to the different construction of vulcanized tires.

PUNCTURE PROTECTION: PPS
Our Puncture Protection System (PPS) is a tough, tightly-woven fabric placed between the tread and casing to increase puncture resistance.
